First Aid Tailor Made is a training business owned and operated by a sole trader which therefore limits disclosure of information only to the owner, the Office Manager and the relevant VETAB Registered Training Organisation who issues your certificate.
First Aid Tailor Made conducts its operations in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 and does not disclose any personal information about past, present or prospective clients, to any third party without obtaining prior written permission. Furthermore, attendance or non-attendance at a course or an assessment is not disclosed to any third party (except for your employer, but only if he/she organised and/or paid for your enrolment).
Your personal information is kept secure at all times with access restricted to all parties except the abovementioned persons.
You are welcome to request evidence of, or make alterations to, any of your personal information currently held on file. Upon receipt of a written request, First Aid Tailor Made will grant access to the party requesting such information.
In order for the relevant Registered Training Organisation to issue you with a certificate for your successful completion of a course, First Aid Tailor Made reserves the right to provide only those details of your personal information to that Registered Training Organisation which are required by law. Details of Registered Training Organisations currently issuing certificates for services provided by First Aid Tailor Made are available by contacting The Privacy Officer.
