What to pay

There is NO hire fee payable to attend a course at Dural Training Venue, however Dural Training Venue can only accommodate a maximum of eight participants.

There is NO hire fee payable to attend a course at Bankstown Business Advisory Service, however Bankstown Business Advisory Service can only accommodate a maximum of twelve participants. Also, a minimum class size of four participants is required to cover the venue hire cost payable by First Aid Tailor Made to Bankstown Council for training held at Bankstown Business Advisory Service or other suitable hire venues. Therefore, you may enrol either as an individual in a public course or you may enrol a group of between four and twelve participants at Banktown (or up to twenty participants at selected hire venues) which will enable the venue hire fee to be paid and thus ensure that the course is confirmed and will proceed.

Larger groups can be divided into smaller groups of between four and eight participants per session at Dural Training Venue or between four and twelve participants per session at Bankstown Business Advisory Service. Alternatively, larger classes may be accommodated in the conference/training room of your workplace, at a local Council hall/room or local commercial hire venue, such as Baulkham Hills Sports Club's Function Room.*

Hire fees that have not been negotiated in advance (by First Aid Tailor Made and that specific hire venue) may apply at some venues and their payment is the responsibility of the person/group that is booking the course.

* On-site training availability is subject to conditions, such as appropriate training environment and facilities
(as determined by First Aid Tailor Made).

First Aid Tailor Made reserves the right to deliver training only at those venues approved by First Aid Tailor Made according to the required Vocational Education and Training (VET) Standards.

Courses held at Dural Training Venue and Bankstown Business Advisory Service are considered "public" courses and may include staff from other industries. However, courses held at your workplace (or other suitable training facility) are considered "corporate" courses, exclusively allocated to members of your workplace only. Either way, your Apply first aid course will be customised to your industry/workplace, etc.

An invoice is issued for any payment for any goods and/or any services received by First Aid Tailor Made.

When to pay

Enrolments are secured only by payment in advance and are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.

Payment for training services constitutes acceptance of First Aid Tailor Made's Cancellation Policy.

Prior to making a payment, please carefully read First Aid Tailor Made's Cancellation Policy for conditions regarding cancellations, postponements and refunds.

Payment must be received at least 14 days prior to the commencement of any course. This will allow enough time for First Aid Tailor Made to organise resources, customise your training and post your first aid workbook and textbook (and for you to fully complete the workbook) prior to the date of the course.
The workbook and textbook only apply to participants enrolling in the Apply first aid (HLTFA301B) course.

Each course held at Dural Training Venue is limited to eight (8) participants, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

How to pay

First Aid Tailor Made accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Credit Card (by phone or email)
  • PayPal (PayPal account email: courses@firstaidtailormade.com.au)
  • Online Deposit (please request banking details)
  • Money Order (obtain from post office, make payable to First Aid Tailor Made, then mail to postal address)
  • Cheque - subject to a $40 dishonour fee (make payable to First Aid Tailor Made, then mail to postal address)

Please note that cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

A participant will only be admitted to a course (or the premises of the course venue) when the following has been fulfilled –

  • the full amount of the enrolment fee has been paid to First Aid Tailor Made
  • said amount has been paid via one of the abovementioned payment methods which is accepted by First Aid Tailor Made
  • said amount has been received by First Aid Tailor Made prior to the date of the course (as determined on the Payment page of this website)
  • any proof of identification (eg. driver's licence, Medicare card, TAFE card, or similar) is provided at the commencement of the course
  • any theory component pre-requisite (eg. first aid workbook) has been fully completed prior to the date of the course and provided to First Aid Tailor Made for marking at the commencement of the course.
