Cancellation Policy

Courses run subject to minimum and maximum numbers of pre-paid enrolments.

You will be offered a choice of either a full refund or a credit towards another First Aid Tailor Made course [conducted within six (6) months of the planned course date] if one or more of the following occurs -

• a course fails to reach its minimum enrolment limit (as determined by First Aid Tailor Made)
• a course has already reached its maximum enrolment limit (as determined by First Aid Tailor Made) at the time of your payment
• a course is postponed or cancelled by First Aid Tailor Made

Your enrolment fee will not be subject to any price rise that may occur during that time.

Please choose your course date carefully. If at any time you cancel your enrolment, there are NO refunds given once your payment has been received by First Aid Tailor Made. This includes any inability to produce required evidence of a current course qualification (such as a current First Aid certificate in order to attend a First Aid Refresher course).
